Rental applications can be faxed to 503.772.0351 or dropped off in the drop slot on the parking lot side of our office building at 1603 NE 16th Avenue, Suite A, Portland, Oregon 97232 See Map We must receive the following, before we process your application:

• Complete application
• $40 application fee per person 18 and over. Must be in the form of a certified check, money order, or cashier’s check. We do not accept cash or personal checks.
• One form of ID, front and back (must be government issued with photo). We do not accept social security cards.
• All applicants must provide latest pay stub or if self employed, last years tax return and a profit and loss statement for current year.
• If paying the rental application fee by PayPal, submit to info@kjkproperties.com
  (please note: Only the rental application fee can be paid using PayPal. We do not accept PayPal payments for rent etc.)
