• Provide you with advance information about buying a home in Oregon, as
  a smart consumer.
• Conduct a "needs assessment" to ensure we understand your needs and wants.
• Provide you with a copy of our "Buyer Packet."
• Answer any questions you may have about the buying process.
• Direct you to the "right" lenders for you...to get a mortgage pre-approval under the best possible terms.
• Subscribe you into our Hot New Listing Program.
• Assist you in selecting the home that best meets your needs.
• Show you the homes that most interest you.
• Prepare and provide you with our Pre-Offer Property Report Analysis.
• Discuss strategy of price, terms, financing, and possession dates.
• Assist you in preparing an offer that protects your interests in your earnest money deposit.
• Fully explain all terms and conditions to you.
• Fully explain both your and the sellers responsibilities under the agreement.
• Fully explain what is and what is not included in the purchase.

• Obtain a Property Condition Disclosure Statement from the seller, if available.
• Assist you in selecting a Professional Home Inspector and be present at the inspection.
• Provide information required by the appraiser.
• Assist you in obtaining final mortgage approval on the home you select.
• Assist you in removing conditions from your offer to purchase.
• Convey all documents and final instructions to Escrow.
• Conduct a final walk through with you before closing to ensure everything is in order.
• Be present at closing, checking the paperwork, and answer any question you may have.
• Secure the keys for your new home.
• Stay in touch with you to make sure you are happy in the home, and provide referrals and additional resources.
